First floor with balcony:Spacious luxurious living room with high quality furniture, sofa, paintings . On the other side of this living room there is a dining area and spiral staircase to the terrace floor.From the lounge you can enjoy a truly magnificent view of Lake Maggiore, a door leads directly to a very large and wide balcony. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed. There is a bedroom for child with a big bed and lots of toys .
The bathroom includes a bath, toilet and sink. The kitchen on the first fllor is fully equipped with electric stove, electric oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
Terrace floor
This floor has an exquisitely furnished living room with dining table, glass display cabinet, corner sofa and leather cantilever chair. The bedroom is furnished with double bed, cupboards, bedside tables and sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and the kitchen is fully equipped. A buggy and a high chair are available, a cot is provided on request.
Front of the house you can enjoy the hot weather, the sun or the shadow under a patio and also the pool and barbecue area. The owners ask not to smoke in the house.
