CASA NATALIE is a modern apartment in a newly built residence in Tronzano
Lago Maggiore. From the huge balcony you have a spectacular view on the
lake. The apartment is furnished for 4 people, with a bedroom and a
spacious living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. It also has an extra
bedroom with a bunk bed, so 2/4 more children or young people can be
comfortably accommodated there. The exterior of the apartment is spacious
and closed off with a gate, so that children and pets can play outside
safely. Spend the day on the beach windsurfing on the lake, or visiting
the Luino market, or the Isole Borromeo... then go home to prepare your
meals in the brand new kitchen, and eat on the spacious balcony watching
the sunset.

The apartment is located in Tronzano on the Lombard shores of Lake Maggiore, just behind the Swiss border.
It is located in a new residential complex, located about 1000m from the lake, the beach and the wind-kitesurf school.
The village Tronzano is some 500 meters away, it offers all that is necessary for daily living: grocery store, bar / restaurant, post office and railway station. Maccagno, Luino, Ascona, Locarno, Cannobio can be quickly reached by train, ferry or car. Milan is also only about an hour and half.

She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she…Christel (Kiki), with me on the first photo below, has been managing houses on the Lake Maggiore for many years, the most are in Pino Lago Maggiore and Tronzano. She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she lives in Italy since she was a teenager but she likes to spend the winter time in Germany, back to her origin. She speaks german, of course good italian, english.
She is famous in the small village of Pino of 200 people who, like it was a tourist information, send all the foreign to her open air office decorated with the flags of all countries of origin of her guests.

She always remember me: "I rent my apartments only weekly!! Ja!" :)

When you arrive to the Lake Maggiore, you will meet with Natalie or Tiziano, the owners of the apartment. Tiziano runs also a Surfschool where you will meet them to take the apartment's key. If he is not there, try…When you arrive to the Lake Maggiore, you will meet with Natalie or Tiziano, the owners of the apartment. Tiziano runs also a Surfschool where you will meet them to take the apartment's key. If he is not there, try to look in the water. If the wind blows, it will be hard to find him on the ground.
She is from Canada and is always happy to meet new people and talk english with them. The apartment is new, very bright, nice furnished. There is a big terrace, I love terrace... I'm sure you will also love it, above all you will be dazzled from the amazing view over the lake!
