The exclusive three-room apartment Lago Verde in Tronzano Lago Maggiore has a characteristic open timber roof and a large spiral staircase to reach the upper third floor. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and bidet and a large living room with living area (here can sleep comfortably up to 3 children or two adults), satellite TV, fitted kitchen with gas stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer and a dining area. Probably you will spend most of time on the about 10 square meters large terrace, where a few chairs and an electric grill are ready for your barbecou. In front of the house you have a private parking for 2 cars. The pool is a disposal for the guests from end of May to mid-September. In addition, the owners have set up on the land a football- basketball field and table tennis. The owner lives in same house. Pets are not allowed.
Not suitable for small children due to the dangerous staircase.


Minimum stay 7 days in high season.

She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she…Christel (Kiki), with me on the first photo below, has been managing houses on the Lake Maggiore for many years, the most are in Pino Lago Maggiore and Tronzano. She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she lives in Italy since she was a teenager but she likes to spend the winter time in Germany, back to her origin. She speaks german, of course good italian, english.
She is famous in the small village of Pino of 200 people who, like it was a tourist information, send all the foreign to her open air office decorated with the flags of all countries of origin of her guests.

She always remember me: "I rent my apartments only weekly!! Ja!" :)
