One of Stresa's oldest palaces with a priceless view of the three Borromean Islands, an apartament renovated with elegance is situated on the 1st floor with a balcony facing the lake. 10 meters from the lake. This 70 sqm apartment overlooks the beautiful and elegant lakeside of Stresa; which is known for its luxury hotels. Stresa is a town full of flowers, trees and greenery and where the Borromean Islands can be admired, during the summer months there are open markets selling arts and crafts and typical artisian goods .
The apartment is composed of:
- an entrance that opens into a spacious living room furnished with two comfortable sofas. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can have a picturesque view of the Borromean islands.
- a fully furnished and equipped kitchen
- a master bedroom with balcony overlooking the internal garden.

This flat is in a very suggestive position, overlooking Lake Maggiore near the Gulf where there are spectacular Borromean Islands (Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori).
In the area there are reachable on foot restaurants, pizzerias, pubs for evening entertainment, snack bars, a supermarket, boutiques and various shops, a boat pier to catch ferries for the Borromean islands or any other tourist area around the Maggiore Lake. Stresa has a Lido just "Lido of Stresa" which has a beach well equipped 300 mt.
The train station with the international line Geneva–Milan is 1 km away. Situated 2 km away within the hills above Stresa are golf courses. Both Arona and Verbania are 15 km away, 30 km Malpensa Intercontinental Airport.
