The flat is 60 square meters located on the first floor in the center of Stresa, 30 meters from the lake.
The flat is colourfully and comfortably furnished located on three floors:
On the first floor:
- The living room / kitchen area is an open space with a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two. There is also a storage closet.
On the second floor:
- The Master bedroom with a queensize bed
- A bathroom with shower
The attic:
- A bedroom with a twin bed and a hidden rollout bed and bathroom

The apartment is located within the ancient streets of Stresa. They overlook the lake which is located in an attractive position, because right in front of the Borromean Gulf with its spectacular Islands (Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori).
Within walking distance there are restaurants, pizzerias, pubs for evening entertainment, snack bars, a supermarket, boutiques and various shops, a pier in a boat to take ferries to the Borromean Islands, or any tourist area around the Lake Maggiore. Stresa has a beach 300 meters.
The international line railway station with the Geneva-Milan is 1 km away. Situated 2 km away in the hills above Stresa are golf courses. Both are Arona and Verbania 15 km, 30 km to Malpensa Intercontinental Airport.
