Villa MAX was built about 100 years ago and was renovated extensively and is, despite his age, in very good condition. The house is surrounded by a 1000 m² garden where the guest guests can sunbathe and relax in the shade of some fruit trees.
The house has two units with two kitchens and two bathrooms, but which are ented only together. The villa can sleep 8 to 9 people, for one or two families or a group of friends. There is one bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Each floor has a living room with one sofa bed that can be onverted to a handle in a comfortable double bed. In the larger bedroom on the upper floor there is also a further single sofabed. On the ground floor there is the large dining room that leads onto a spacious south-west terrace with awning. The terrace, perfect for eating, is reached by a staircase in the garden.
The kitchen on the ground floor is in granite, newly designed, with the latest technology. Almost all rooms of the villa have parquet floor, the kitchen downstairs has a new stone floor and one bedroom has still the original stone tiles. Some antique furniture contribute to the ambiance of the property.
