Immersed in a private park of lush green lawns, full of flower beds and secular shady trees; this park has a spectacular view of the lake. The "Pascià Rezidence" is the ideal place to re-live the charm and enchantment of Maggiore Lake. Within the park walls you will find a swimming pool and a baby pool for kids, a bocce court, a playground and 2 red clay tennis courts. This is a peaceful and quiet place to get away from it all.
The beach is 100 meters away.
This immaculate and trendy studio apartment, is very inviting. It is fully furnished and has everything you may need to feel right at home during your stay. The main living area of the house is an open-plan with a confortable sofa, easy chair, dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped to create fabulous meals. There is also a double bed and two twin beds for a good-night's sleep. A shower room. The terrace overlooks the lake and is ideal for open air dining, be it brekfast, afternoon tea or for dinner.

Located on a hill it is an overcrowded and industrious village, composed by about fifteen small villages located between the lake shore and the hill, looking on the piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore.

a 5 minute walk takes you to the restaurant, post office, grocery store and chemist's. The beach is 100 mts.
