The romantic panorama of the lake and uncontaminated nature, combined with the comfort of its rooms make this residential house perfect for people who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the hills of Maggiore Lake.
This residential house has been transformed into a friendly Bed & Breakfast. This B&B has two floors.

On the ground floor:
- a large bright entrance hall with a living-room and kitchen
- a dining room furnished with a beautiful kitchen, where the owner takes pride in preparing mouth-watering and hearty breakfast. The open space kitchen is also equipped with an oven for making pizza.

On the first floor
PINK BEDROOM THAT SLEEPS FOUR
The master bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed, to accomodate four people, has a TV, mini-fridge and private bathroom with shower.

The B&B Ca 'Pinotta has a car park for 4 cars and a fenced in lawn equipped with garden furniture in order to enjoy the cool fresh air even on the hottest summer days.

is also called "balcony on Lake Maggiore", situated in a panoramic position overlooking Lake Maggiore, offering a fascinating natural scenery.
It is located in the region Piedmont , in the province of Verbania.The village is surrounded by the sunny side of Mount Pala.
Looking to the north there are the woods of the National Park Val Grande, ideal for long walks and relaxing, good to forget the noise and anxiety and where you can see the forest animals such as squirrels, chamois, roe deer.
