Apartment Camelia
is named after the two characteristic camellias in the courtyard. It's divided between two floors: on the first floor there are the charming lounge with TV set and hi-fi stereo, the double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.
By climbing the internal staircase you can reach the kitchen and the nice mansard twin bedroom.
The ancient house was built on 1400 from the Visconti family as as lordly residence of the adjacent Castel. It is in the centre of the old village Massino Visconti near Lesa on Lake Maggiore. The house is recently restored from the owners, it is surrounded by a big garden where there is an age-old Magnolia and two big Camellias. The Wistaria creates a nice shadow to the deck-chairs of the pool, that are at disposal of the guests.

The house is located in Massino Visconti about 3 Km from Lesa, 8 km from Arona and 8 km from Stresa, about 30 km away from the Malpensa airport.
Massino Visconti is a fascinating village located about 460 meters above sea level and it's a fascinating village under several aspects. The house was the feud and entertainment resort of the Visconti family.
Thanks to its sunny position the climate is especially favourable for the flowers especially camellias, azaleas and rhododendrons . Lakes, islands, mountains, picturesque villages are waiting for you to be discovered.
