The beautiful apartment TIGLIO is in a house from the 18. century. It's bright and in a quite position. From each room (except bathroom and corridor) and from two small balconies there is a view on Maccagno and on the Southern Lake Maggiore.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with
twin beds and a trundle bed. Living room with TV, fireplace and a sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher,
washing machine and coffee machine "Mocha".
The bathroom has a shower. A quiet garden belongs to the apartments with a wonderful view of the lake, is accessible by stairs and you can enjoy, as desired, the sun or shade donated by the wonderful old linden tree during the flowering season radiates a seductive scent. Barbecue, garden furniture and outdoor shower to cool off on in a hot days.
10 to 15 minutes walk from the lake, beach and downtown.

She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she…Christel (Kiki), with me on the first photo below, has been managing houses on the Lake Maggiore for many years, the most are in Pino Lago Maggiore and Tronzano. She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she lives in Italy since she was a teenager but she likes to spend the winter time in Germany, back to her origin. She speaks german, of course good italian, english.
She is famous in the small village of Pino of 200 people who, like it was a tourist information, send all the foreign to her open air office decorated with the flags of all countries of origin of her guests.

She always remember me: "I rent my apartments only weekly!! Ja!" :)
