Above Luino, in the newly built Villa "COLLINA FIORITA", there are 3 apartments to rent.
The villa is situated in the prestigious residential area "Carnella", at a dead street - so no traffic - with a fantastic view to Luino and to the southern side of Lake Maggiore.
Apartment collina Fiorita 1 is 110 square meters, has two double and one single bedroom, into which one can, on request, even put one extra bed or a cot. The fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker is built into the large living-dining room, from which it comes directly out onto the terrace with the pool. If the weather should not be so good, you can reach the international television over satellite television. In the bathroom with a shower, is at disposal a washing machine.

Minimum stay: 7 days

Luino is the largest city on the eastern cost of Lake Maggiore and is well known for its picturesque market,
that since 1541 every Wednesday changes the small city in a multicultural bazaar.
But Luino should be visit on other days too, for his old town, the picturesque alleys and corners.

She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she…Christel (Kiki), with me on the first photo below, has been managing houses on the Lake Maggiore for many years, the most are in Pino Lago Maggiore and Tronzano. She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she lives in Italy since she was a teenager but she likes to spend the winter time in Germany, back to her origin. She speaks german, of course good italian, english.
She is famous in the small village of Pino of 200 people who, like it was a tourist information, send all the foreign to her open air office decorated with the flags of all countries of origin of her guests.

She always remember me: "I rent my apartments only weekly!! Ja!" :)

The terrace with swimming pool is not private but you can share it with the guests of the other 2 apartments to rent. The apartment is very huge and comfortable, but the furniture is very simple: it consists of 3 bed…The terrace with swimming pool is not private but you can share it with the guests of the other 2 apartments to rent. The apartment is very huge and comfortable, but the furniture is very simple: it consists of 3 bed rooms, a living room with kitchenette and a direct exit to the terrace and the pool, from where you can enjoy a marvelous view over the Lake Maggiore.
The Villa Collina Fiorita is situated in a upper leveled and quiet urbanization only a few minutes distant from Luino. It is difficult to find the Villa, so it is recommendable to meet Massimo, the owner, who lives on the first floor. You can walk down to the lake (1 km) but the path is a little steep.
