- A living-room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 2
- A functional fully equipped open space kitchen
- A double bedroom + a baby bed 0-3 years old
- A bathroom with shower
Using the internal staircase guests of this flat can share the use of the balcony located on the 1st floor.

Very interesting feature of this loft is the possibility to arrive by car from the house although it is in the historic center.
