She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she…Christel (Kiki), with me on the first photo below, has been managing houses on the Lake Maggiore for many years, the most are in Pino Lago Maggiore and Tronzano. She is german but she loves the lake, in fact she lives in Italy since she was a teenager but she likes to spend the winter time in Germany, back to her origin. She speaks german, of course good italian, english.
She is famous in the small village of Pino of 200 people who, like it was a tourist information, send all the foreign to her open air office decorated with the flags of all countries of origin of her guests.

She always remember me: "I rent my apartments only weekly!! Ja!" :)

2 modern apartments with breathtaking views to Stresa, to the Borromeo bay and his Islands, in a small village a few km from Stresa. More than "Apartments" I would you call them "Balcony". An excellent place to enjoy the beauty of the Lake Maggiore, its islands and the surrounding mountains, from the comfort of your sofa, or sitting under the arcades. Excellent for any type of vacation with family or romantic with your partner. The building has a luxury restaurant, where guests of the two apartments have a special discount. Pino, the chef, will welcome you with a typical Italian simpaty and when you will come to taste the food, if you will be satisfied, he will make probably more discount.
There are private parkings.

So attention, the place is very quiet, but sometimes you might be disturbed by the customers of the restaurant. Do not worry if in the map you see the highway passing under the house. It's quite far away and you will not hear it. Come by car!

The owners, Claudio and Ombretta, live above your apartment, ready to help you for any needs.
